issues:

  1. I can't pick the start time of the event using the datetime picker select elements (I have to edit it manually in the text input)
  2. Clicking on event's end datetime field doesn't open a datetime picker

Expected:

  1. Selecting a time in the datetime picker changes the value of the field.
  2. Datetime picker is shown when clicking on event's end datetime field.
